April 22: Read Matthew 6:11. Think of the needs you have a daily basis. Bring those needs before the Lord as you ask him to meet them.
April 23: Read Colossians 1:9-10. Ask God for wisdom from above and for discernment to use that wisdom to help you mature in your walk with Jesus.
April 24: Read Joshua 24:15 and spend some time praying for members of your family by name.
April 25: Read Jeremiah 29:7. Pray for the community in which you live. Think of the needs that exist in your neighborhood, subdivision, or street. Think of the needs facing the city. Spend some time praying through those needs, asking God to intervene and do a work where you live.
April 26: Read 1 Timothy 2:1-2. Pray for your pastor and staff, as well as other church leaders.
April 27: Read Romans 10:1. Think of at least three people you know that don’t have a relationship with Jesus. Pray for them by name. Ask God to continue to draw them to himself. Pray that they will respond to the Spirit’s conviction with repentance.
April 28: Read 2 Corinthians 12:9. Consider the struggles you may be experiencing or trials that others you know are experiencing. Whether praying for yourself, for others, or both, ask God to supply strength for those enduring such trials, and pray that those who need God’s strength would look to him for it.
April 29: Read Matthew 6:10. Ask God to make clear his plan for your life. Ask him to give you clarity regarding your responsibilities as a follower of Jesus, then surrender yourself to the will of God in those areas.
April 30: Read Hebrews 4:16 and pray that God would remind you of his invitation to you to enter his presence with confidence and assurance. Ask that you would always be mindful that your prayers are placed before a throne of grace, where God promises to do for us that which we do not deserve.
