Pray for International Missions

Like many Muslims of his younger generation, Mustafa is tied to his religion in name only and pursues a worldly lifestyle. During a recent conversation with a believer, he admitted that he was searching for the truth, so the believer readily shared Jesus’ words from the Gospel of John with his friend: “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6 CSB). Mustafa was moved by this passage, saying that he wanted to read more. The believer then went to purchase a Bible for him. Upon gladly receiving the Bible, he expressed excitement to read it. Pray that Mustafa will commit to reading the Book of John and that the Father will open his eyes to the truth. Also pray for the believer’s continued relationship with him, asking that Mustafa will see the love of Jesus through his friend. Pray that, ultimately, Mustafa will count the cost and choose to follow Jesus — no matter what.
